Di cosa parla Dog & Scissors?

La commedia a tratti assurda e a tratti misteriosa, vede come protagonista Kazuhito Harumi, un liceale che ama spasmodicamente leggere. Un giorno finisce per essere ucciso durante una rapina, ma la sua anima trasmigra nel corpo di un cane. Il bassotto, nella sua nuova forma non è più in grado di leggere, ma viene adottato da Kirihime Natsuno, una sadica scrittrice dalla forbice facile.
